Running a Montana property well takes the right people, and they’re hard to find.
Many Montana homes are second or third residences. The owners are away for weeks at a time and need someone who can handle a burst pipe, a snowed-in road or a contractor an hour away without calling for every decision. Other families need a nanny comfortable with ski days and winter school runs, or a chef who can cook for a full house one weekend and a quiet family dinner the next.
Whatever the role, the person will have access to your home, your schedule and often your children. That’s why we’d rather show you two exceptional candidates than ten average ones.
How it works
From first inquiry to a lasting placement
Tell us about your household.
Send an inquiry. We’ll send our Client Profile Questionnaire, then meet with you to understand the role, your home and how your family lives.
Meet your first candidate within 1–2 weeks.
Once your search begins, you’ll see your first qualified candidate within one to two weeks. A standard search typically places in two to three months; specialized roles can take up to six.
Try before you commit.
Where it fits the role, we recommend a 2–5 day in-home trial so you and the candidate can see how it feels to work together.
Hire with a safety net.
For long-term placements, if the person resigns or you part ways without cause within 30 days, we’ll search for one replacement candidate at no additional placement fee.
What it costs. A $500 engagement fee starts your search and is credited toward your placement fee. Long-term placements are 15% of the candidate’s agreed yearly pay; short-term placements are 25% of the agreed pay for the assignment. Read our full terms
